And it does not run on the tops of your shoulders, it runs across behind your shoulders, and then down your spine. :'( I think that you may find that that muscle is called your latissimus dorsi! I did 7 one handed ones about 5 mins after that... then my back gave up! I was nacked that night! Oh.... That video of that black guy was insane, the full pressup things at the end were unreal!
