Had to manage 60 pressups in two minutes, 80 situps in two minutes and 6 overarm chinups (slowly by command) on a wooden beam - all after running a 12 on the bleep test and a proper beasting by the PT's. They are like pressups, but you do them on your hands and knees. I could do them without any hands they are so easy. Put your hands to touch right behind your ears, elbows pointing straight out, it's harder to do them that way.
