emery
why would someone pay 50 pound ( i think) for a pair of pedal axles are they any good or is for people obsessed with weight
quick_spider
Why not? I have a pair on my Magnesium V12's. They're only £35. They save a bit of weight and look nice. Whilst I'm sure the steel ones are just as durable they seemed like a good idea at the time. Jon
jamiequin
if you ask me i don't think little things like pedals could possibly add noticeable weight to the bike. (Y)
aff1e
y not the pedals will be lighter and stronger (Y) :D
Luke Rainbird
If they become stronger/lighter then why not? Also, think about it - you cant buy ti frames (unless you are a crazily loaded kid!) but if you get bolts, axles, skewers etc lighter and with reasonable pricing, it all mounts up doesn't it? emery
ok i guess but still and i was not on about dmr v12 mags they look nice though what are they like anyway
N.Wood
The same as V8's but with 100% replaceable pins, sealed bearings and a magnesium body. Buy Terrorpins for more grip.
fairy elephants
if you ask me i don't think little things like pedals could possibly add noticeable weight to the bike. :D ← Try riding something like DMR V12 mags with ti axles, and then swapping them for onza shindigs... i think you will probably feel the difference in weight. I run shindigs, and i deffinatly noticed the weight on the first ride, but was then used to it after that. If the lighter parts are available, at affordable prices, then why not get them?! they still have the strength needed... BONUS! (Y)
