tank_rider
Well then go somewhere else to buy your booster... If it bothers you that much that they don't answer emails, buy from a company who are better in that respect. But if you just give them a call everyone is happy - it'll only be like 30p or something anyway :P ← I'd usually be inclined to agree with you about phoning them, however i think the phone experience vary massively depending on who you speak to. I've had orders and things sorted really quickly on some occaisions, whereas other times ive been put on hold for 5 mins only to be cut off etc whilst they "check stock" of an item im after. Also their postage prices are pretty high. I generally try to avoid dealing with them if i can now.
Albert Einstein
Wow! Brilliant! a topic about me!! sorry i haven't got round to your mail yet, but the chaps are right we get tons (- besides the porn/cialis/viagra spam.) Phone and over the counter customers inevitably take precedence i'm afraid! we're genuinely sorry you've had to wait for a reply!
chrishayton
And Bikedock also, who sell the Onza booster you are after. Strangely though it may stilll call a fortune to call them as they are both in Northern Ireland. Yes funnily enough calling Northern Ireland from Southern Ireland is considered an overseas call. :P Try Gary at trials@bikedock.com, he will sort you out. ← haha imagined if you lived on the border and all your family friends lived just the otherside, how gutted would you be

ScotchDave
They gave me a fiver off a set of crash replacement tensiles because when I called up to orded I thought it was £50 and he said £55 "Oh, I thought it was £50, never mind" "tell you what have them for £50" and I got them for £50. Top company, top people. :P

endofreak
haha imagined if you lived on the border and all your family friends lived just the otherside, how gutted would you be ← lol, I'd love to live near the border. then I'd only have to drive a few miles and the petrol would suddenly be a lot cheaper because I wouldn't be paying big taxes on it. Canned
Yeah - it was the other way around many years ago, with fuel being cheaper in the 6 county side.... As for overreacting - I was disappointed to see that I had 2 send 2 emails twice and still have only received 1 reply. I'll admit to being impatient. I'll admit to having high standards about certain things. But I don't accept that it's lazy to not pick up the phone - I mean come on, it's not hard to reply to an email either - as for being swamped.... I get swamped but I deal with it by filters - it's not that hard in fairness. I understand people being busy but i pretty much measure these things on how the same problems affect me - I deal with it and don't understand how someone else can't - like I said it's not difficult. As I've already said, I will be going somewhere else for the parts - Echo Control seems to be the way to go - it's not a big deal either way, I just don't like the idea of having to wait over 2 weeks for an answer and having to ask the question 4 times.... So I won't....
