Onza Kieron
My mate has been lending me a Hope Bulb on the rear and it scares me. You can only run the QR very loose or it seems to jam the freehub n stop it from freewheeling. Also the bit where the cassette slides on just pulls off without much effort resulting in fast travelling pawls :D Anyway, any help appreciated, Kieron :P
Lawnmowerman
Take your cassette off and shove a spacer on the freehub. Will be as good as new :D

Lawnmowerman
Take the cassette off the freehub not the freehub off the hub body. You need a chain whip and a cassette tool to get it off.
Onza Kieron
Yeh then put a cassette spacer on?

The Dude
sounds like your axle is snapped mate, check by pulling it, if it slides off with the freewheel, you need a new one. dont worry about the freewheel coming off, its meant to for servicing, just whack some chain oil in there and put it back together (pawls the right way round and use the seal to hold them in pace when putting it back in) if in doubt, or its completely fooked, ring hope the'll sort you out a good'n. sorry about the wording, its too early, im off to work. Caleb
Try and do the method jay said but with like a 12 7 cog as that will (when revesed) give the lockring something to grip to instead of digging into a plastic cassette spacer
Tony Harrison
If doing the QR up tight jams the freehub, try replacing the aluminium bush that sits on the axle between the freehub and the hub body, or try rebuilding the hub without the rubber seal.
