Rob Thomson
Hey ho people, Ran a couple, searches but the engine doesn't seem capable of finding anything so here we go... I recently snaped my onza forks clean in two touch hopping so need a new set of forks! Well im impressed with my BT frame so wondering if the forks have the same level of "good-ness" and they're a fairly bargain price... That's pretty much it...Are they strong then? Cheers muchly... Janson
they're repainted echo team forks as far as i know. if you don't mind 5-piece ones, get the onza smartguys.
Watson©
Rob, give 'Rossi' a PM as he is running a pair and you know what hes like with Taps... he goes through loads of forks, but these forks have lasted him a fair while so far. I could talk to him on MSN if you want and see what is verdict on the forks are (Y) Or you could just go for some Urbans (Y) Watson
totaltrials
The forks are pretty much the same as Echo Pure forks, with a few changes, the steerer tube is 8mm thick at the bottom of the steerer, which will help beef them up for taps and hooks, Ive never heard of the Pure forks breaking for Echo, so they are pretty good forks for hammering about, they where ok for me when I used them aswell and with the BT forks being improved, they would be good. Rossi
These forks seem good like Phil said. With the 8mm thick steerer at the base of the steerer, the forks are very stiff for what they weigh (mid 700 grams i think), not sure. I'll get one or 2 pics of mine after and bosh them up later tonight. Rossi.
Rob_P
BT forks are great! I run them and tap all the time, no cracks or anything yet! I got them with my frame whne they first came out! Real good, I reccomend them! Rob (Y) (Y)
Luke Drewery
I recently snaped my onza forks clean in two touch hopping so need a new set of forks! ← I did the exact same thing with a set of onza wise guy forks and it shit me up. I went to hit the wheel and they exploded and made a large banging sound when they broke. I cut my hand on the sharp burrs on the crown where they broke and i was a little peeved too. Upon further inspection there were loads of small cracks around the gusseting welds so definately not made very well! From the riders who i have seen that use bt forks i have never heard of any problems, so i say go for them. (Y)

Watson©
My mate snapped a pair.... ← You could give alot more detail than just saying, "My mate snapped a pair...." (Y) You could of said where they snapped, how long he was running them for, if he tapped and hooked on a dailey basis and if they done him a good job considering he was a harsh or smooth rider?? Anyways that post was pretty much pointless mate... come on use your head (Y) Watson
