The Dude
good for a zero stack headset, but a little pointless. go for a hope, near enough same quality, half the price. they last for ever and easy to get hold of spares.

Tony Harrison
Yes James, it's your bog standard 'read three words of the first post and spout out a load of irrelevant crap' type response. Annoying isn't it. Would be fun watching him try and wind a hope headset all the way into an 'integrated' head tube...

george_bush
Would that headset work on an 05 onza woodstock.
ben_travis
yer it should do, its basically the same as a normal headset but has the bearings inside the frame instead of outside the same as your standard headset. an internal headset is one where the bearings are placed derectly on a notch on the frame with a cap over the top. this leads to many problems, where as integrated headsets are a decent enough idea, but a standard headset is ideal. go to this link - here it will download a .pdf file which explains all to you. or you can read it online - here cheers ben Edited August 1, 2005 by ben@hulltrials

Phatmike
"Perdido™ is not just a headset, it is also a Standard that is free for everyone to use and refer to. King designed this new standard to make a strong headset/headtube that is easy for shops and manufacturers to work with. Reaming and facing tools are available directly from us. Frames designed to work with the "Zero-Stack" or ZS system can be converted to Perdido™ using our tools." Certainley doesn't sound like it will fit in a standard t-rex! And I'm not sure if they have ever, or are continuing to sell them, so at a guess, I'd say no. (Y)
