pogonation
Hi, I have narrowed down my search for the nicest frame to ride which I will purchase to these two options, and I was wondering which one RIDES the nicest (NOT LOOKS THE NICEST) out of the 20'' koxx levelboss and the 20'' 2005 echo team. Thanks :D :) EDIT: To be used for both natural and street biking Edited July 28, 2005 by pogonation
Bendee
ive rode both short options and didnt really like the echo as i found it was abit slugish witch put me off. i found the xtp very nice it was like it just wanted to be rode very light and flickable id be very interested in one of these if i was looking for a mod. EDIT: sorry thought you meant xtp, but the same still stands the levelboss is also very nice and rides nicer than the echo. Burton
I've rode both of them(only the long versions though) and from what i can remember the Echo Team rides soo much nice. Its alot flickier; yet it isn't out of control, longer for better wheelswaps(1040wb with team forks- the £75 uns), high bb for a slightly shorter feeling cockpit area, which is alot better for front wheel maneuvers. Its also stronger, and i think just as light :( :D And it comes with Free 4-bolt mounts, and a free T-Shirt i think > :ermm: <
Dai the Socket
I quite like my Python 2005.
mavic
I would get the echo team they seem to take some abuse and are still strong :( sam wheeler put his though shit and it still going strong.
RicH_87
sam wheeler put his though shit and it still going strong. ← True he did give it some serious 'action' but i'm sure he's got a Python now. Don't know why, but he has. :( EDIT: might as-well make it valid. If it was me, i would go echo team, there's just something about it that makes it better. Other than that, they are both pretty similar anyway. Edited July 28, 2005 by RicH_87
hulltrialser
i love my 05 team now with the zoo stem it is the best buy i have on it also it is flicky but you dont loop out gaps and bunnyhops ect are so easy on it cause off the high bb and short chain stays ask dw@hulltrials he always takes it when im not looking doesnt he dan_t-lite(and you know you want one too :( ) . it is the long one if you was wondering it has a 1040 wb with the echo easy forks(04 teams). Hope this helps. Ben
Luke Drewery
I would definately say that the echo team is the nicest to ride, the levelboss is a strong sturdy frane but lacks the design and flickiness of the echo. The echo is also nicer looking and has a springier feel to it unlike the levelboss (my opinion). So, i woud say the echo is the better frame. :(
PaRtZ
i only ridden the koxx, and i found it was hard to get used to, but after about 10 minutes it performed brill :(
Johneh
Im not sure which rides nicest because I have never ridden an echo team but I really like the feel of my koxx LB and its also really nice on the back wheel.
