ok so its a tiny crack then?

thats cool, but the thing is the less you use it the stiffer and weaker it will get

bestt thing to do is get a tennis ball or squash ball and squeeze it in the palm of your hand to try strengthening the muscles up, then you must also keep the movement going in your wrist. do it daily for about 15-20 mins

do you have full range of movment mate?

it could be weeks more!! thats not uncommon

but yeah, get yourself back there to get it reassessed

It does seem to be improving albeit very slowly. Its good to get advice from someone who knows what they are talking about. I dont have full movement yet. If I bend my hand back actively its about 70% of my good hand. Passively its about 80% but hurts more. Under resistance it feels strong and doesnt hurt too much, unless I hop on the back wheel on my bike. I do this about once every 10 days just to see if I can cope with riding. If it hurts doing that, I stop right away. I just get paranoid about traumatic arthuritus.
