picki
there not easy to fit at all...infact there near impossible....unless you have some dodgy tool that does it. bleedigs piss easy....just do one side...tithten it all up, then do the other side and heypresto.... i had to refit mine and have ended up getting a new hose set...far too much hassle. F-Stop Junkie
That 'tool' being the barb fitting tool, or two pieces of nylon with a groove in the middle? Any magura dealer can get them.

aaron_trials _247
i found a way of fitting the barbed ends in black hosing and figured that it will be the same for a splitter and my way is easy heat gun (600 odd degreees that i stole off my dad) (Y) heat up fitting for a couple of miniutes push real hard on the hose abra cadabra fitted (Y) and in under 10 mins DAN would this work for a splitter if it worked on fittings? Tom Booth
does that heated up fitting not leak when put into normal trials action? mine leaked when i heated it up in boiling water as it was to much expansion. Tom
downhill_rob2@hotmail.com
Just put a tiny drop of washing up liquid down the tube, it makes it slippy, then just slightly tap the barbed head in, works easily Edited July 17, 2005 by terror-error
