Recommended Posts

Well, we've finally sorted all dates out for the 2005 Buy-All Tour, brought to you by unbranded airline, unbranded car and powered by unbranded energy drink (no advertising).

These are the dates and places to be at. Final dates apart from the Reading ride, which is not yet decided, but any changes will be written in this thread.

Tuesday 12th: OXFORD in the day, MAYBE READING in evening.

Wednesday 13th: POOLE in the day, SOUTHAMPTON in evening.

Thursday 14th: BRISTOL

Friday 15th: PORTHCAWL

Saturday 16th: PORTHCAWL

Sunday 17th: LONDON

So this is the new and only thread on the 2005 Buy-All Tour that is 100% updated and definite, the old one is now rendered useless and can be closed by mod of unbranded bicycle trials discussion forum.

Love, Tic and Rob xxxxx

Phone numbers:

Tic 07890 747 965

Rob 0046 734 349 554 (Danger, TEXT ONLY, calling will be f**king expensive).

I would love to come to every one of the days, but ive not got the money to these days.

As it goes for most people, I'll attempt the London ride, although it seems London is going downhill in terms of riding... Southback is being built on so theres no sk8 park thing anymore, well, its limited ill say that.. the bacon (police) are out in strength and even more so after the bombing.. so we'll have to be carefull, it may end in tears with us having to go home 30mins after arriving (Y) We shall see! I would love to meet Mr Janson!

Thats a bit pessimistic onny, shameon you, I doubt thePOlice with all thsi bombing crap could give two hoots about bikes, I wouldnt if I was one.

Have to admit Southbank is a bit crap but you know tere are a few skate parks around like Brixton which is any bike friendly and its out side, rolling concrete banks

Not at all mate. You werent there when a few of us went up the other Sunday. We were pretty much accused of being theives or potential suspects if anything happened purely cos we were all on bikes, they saw us doing 'bunnyhops on the pavement' and considered it anti-social behaviour... the bacon properly had a go! I would have been happy to put in an official complaint about the officer! May not be in your experience but thats what happened. And yes I think they would be interested in bikers, especially because of the bombs. They cant afford to take risks, anybody with a brain cell can understand that.

We'll just have to see (Y)

Its fine , i've been riding up town most nights since the bombing. No problems at all. If you dance around the police making a tit of yourself they may have you for Anti Social. But just don't ride when there about...

The 'banks' at southbank. The writing has been on the wall for 10 years or more. They weren't doing much until Ken livingstone came into power as London mayor. Theres tonnes of skateparks though. Ladbroke grove has some of the best. Meanwhile 2 is free and Ammmaaaazing fun , then theres some really cool Ghetto banks round there aswell....
