They're pretty grippy, but i've had some for a while, and some of the pins can rip out of the pedal body, thus ruining any chance of replacing them.

Saying that they are realy nice to ride with.

Chris :P

Same with any pinned pedal though? :) Either way, like I said, I run it one side as the 'bashed' side (just on the bottom side) and one side as my grippier side. Works for me, pretty much. Can even do that shit they recommend where you take the pins out of one side, and melt wax into the holes. Then, when you knacker the other side with pins in, melt the wax out and put the pins in.

Or you could just ride I guess (Y)

It's funny how everyone thinks these are the best cranks you can buy...My X-Lite cranks were going good for 8 years between three different riders and I just had to switch them because they had metric threads...

If you think about it though, more expensive cranks are more likely to snap. As they have a more ridgid metal. More 'glasslike' proporties.

I'm thinkin about VP's?

Like've said on many ocasions i hate them. But it's not just the vp's it all the chaged pedals really. Flat pedals are just easier to maintain, better grip.

Hmmm, that looks pretty dodgey, you really should get new ones on warrenty  :)

Well, we'll soon find out.

I obviously caught the good people at supercycles on their luch brake:

Them: Hello SuperCycles

Me: Hi, long story short i've snapped my tensiles

Them: Oh, ok. Best thing to do is send them in. Ok? Bye.

Me: Er, ok. (They put the phone down) Bye. (N)

I can't see there being a problem as they didn't ask how long i'v had them, or if i have the original recipit. (I'v had them over a year, and the recipit is probably been pecked at by seagulls, or used for idently theft by Alistair McGowan)

Hopfully i'll get a new one sent, and not the old one blu-taced back together.
