Dan6061
I'm not sure what the program is, just turned it on, but its something about bad pupils at school and the school being shit. Guess what! Chavs! EDIT: there you go Tomm :) Edited July 7, 2005 by Dan6061
Tomm
It's more about the school itself being shit. Dispatches on C4 now.

Tomm
The programw as about these kids who were doing their GCSEs and had had 26 different supply teachers in one year. I.e. They learnt nothing. I don't see what it's got to do with being "chavs"?
downhill_rob2@hotmail.com
Well its going to be their own fault in later life innit? I think most people in my year have noticed this in the last 2 years and have buckled down in school, but they still like to have a laugh most of the time  :)

the_soon_to_be
not everyone in these schools are chavs/townies the schools itself is labeled as a bad place but there are a few that actually want to learn but you cannot get any full time teachers becaus they fear for their lives in the really rough schools gaz
Tomm
If you watched it, most of the kids were chavs/townies whatever. ← You mean they're less well off than yourself? There is a difference between chavs and people who don't have money. A big one. Stereotyping all the people that went to that school into one group is stupid and no better than racism. And I did watch it (Y)
Trials Tom
Interesting programme that, it seemed from the 10mins of it I saw 'Undercover teacher' or something it was called wasn't it? It said, get a top achieving good school and put ONE bad student in there to try and sort him/her out and he/she pulls the whole schools reputation down and other pupils follow in the bad behaviour! Theres no hope!
