brochure request

Well its a form and its using the traditional "POST" method, i have noticed that people using AOL are having problems trying to send me the details using the form. I dont quite understand the workings of making it any other way so i could do with some help on the matter.

I really would like it to work the way they do on proper websites without the complications of email programs etc.

If someone could help i will put you in my love list :S nah seriously, i would appreciate it a lot though.
