Ingram
Hi, Recently My Norco started to make a "Knocking" noise, after finding it was the bearing in the frame, i took the bolt out to find the bearing was mashed, Ive got some new bearings, but im stuck how to get the old one out! I can't grip it because the centre has demolised itself and onlyn the outer ring is left (stuck in the frame) I cant hhit it with a screw driver because it sits flush with the frame, anyone got any ideas how to get it out! Thanks in advanced, Jake.

Lawnmowerman
Get a pole with the same diameter as the bearing race and give it a good whack (Y)
Ingram
i cant, the thing is, only they out part of the bearing is left, where it sits in the frame there nothing to hit against,
