Will Arnold Posted July 2, 2005 Report Share Posted July 2, 2005 im trying to burn some cd's with my computer so i can listern to some songs on my dvd player(i need to make audio cd's) for le holiday. my problem is this, when i put my blank cd in it isnt able to even read that it is a blank cd, it just keeps flashing green(on the actual tray) and keeps making a whooshing skippy noise :- anyone know what the problem is? btw its a fresh cd, and i have tried it with two of them to no avail (Y) ta Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(Y) Don't bite my head off. :- It's exactly the same as what happens when i put a blank disk into my read-only drive. If not, then either the disks arn't compatible with your drive for some reason, or there is something wrong with your drive. Have you ever burned a cd before using the drive?
