benno
Depends what it's made of, where it cracked/snapped and who'd be welding it again. A bit more info and we're much more likely to be able to help :( Ben EDIT: If the frame in question is the one in your gallery, it's probably worth trying to pick up a second hand frame instead! :) Edited June 28, 2005 by benno

Its being welded by somone at my dads mates work place. so its a proper job. Chears P.s its not the frame in my gallery. Its a Saracen m-a-d that im buying from my mate. As a cheap starter frame. benno
Ah right. :( It should be fine if they do a proper job and re-heat treat it as well, so make sure they do! If they don't the frame will be as brittle as crisps. Ben
aaron_trials _247
you sound like a beginner by the sounds of it , it wil be fine for a good few months at least... let alone until you progess further DAN
TrashZen
Got my orange rewelded twice, never cracked at the same place... Normally the new welds are a stronger area, so it breaks somewhere else...if at all... >_<" But the welder was a custom aluminium frames builder, so he knew his job... >_<
