RicH_87
"who wears short shorts? na na na na nananana." short chainstays or what!? p.s. loving the ghetto bike 'stand' (otherwise known as a stick). EDIT: que bike topics: "BT Ninja BB length? My cranks and catching on my mech" hahahaha. Edited June 25, 2005 by RicH_87

spunkey_monkey_boy
thats f**king ugly, hope it rides well :D
Matt Staples
My eyes hurt. Long and low bikes have gone too far. Looks HORRIBLE, and will probably ride similar. :D

Siders77
Pete asked me to post this for him...... There is now way in hell thats 365mm center for dropout to center of bb Rav. My own frame is 360 and has the tyre up the bb..you've more room than anyhting such size of a 400mm
Bath trials
that looks :D seems like BT range is looking worse than the old ones. Hopefully it rides good :P

N.Wood
Pete asked me to post this for him...... *Pete's post* ← That makes no sense to me :D I agree with Matt, i recon it's gone too far... The front end is gonna have to be thuuper long to accomodate those chainstays and keep that overall length. But anyway, i guess it's good to see innovation :P
Mark W
Pete asked me to post this for him...... ← Er... and? Pete's generally wrong about stuff, and he's probably wrong in this case. Claiming a chainstay lenght that can easily be proved wrong by the first customer is unlikely, isn't it? And different depth tyres with different rims would significantly alter the 'look' of it. So yeah, I don't really give a shit if Pete's bike has 2mm stays. That BB yoke Pete's made is going to die, basically, but no doubt it'll have some Petey magic in it so it'll work fine :D Mark
Siders77
Haha! I didn't even read what he put properly, just posted it up.... Meh :D

Stan Shaw
Frame looks super ugly :D BB Yoke looks like a brick.
Simon
Don't get me wrong, its always great to see innovation, but sadly, this is the wrong innovation. My chainstays are (for me) simply perfect, and thats 375mm. I know i'm always the one to have a go when people judge how something is going to ride over a picture, but i'm going to have to agree with Matt. I recon it would ride horrible. Would be like a pogostick, and because of the rider at an angle, its going to be so hoppy hoppy to keep it under control. I can obviously see its going to have some great advantages, and may even be super good once you get used to it, but it certainly isn't for me. Doesn't look all that nice either. That top tube is super wierd. :D
oakley
it looks beautiful in a horrible way! if you get me! its good looking, but looks horrible!! :D joE!
TheMunn
Don't like that one bit, I think bt need to have a re-think on who they let design their frame's. :D
Endohopper
For what it's worth , I'm gonna say that I kinda like the way it looks . Unfortunately , looks alone will never convince anyone to buy a bike , and if it simply doesn't ride comfortably , no amount of visual appeal will rescue it . Top marks for trying to break ( or in this case , exaggerate ) the mould , though . Cute 'n stuff , but uneccesary given the recent release of this beauty : which I would prefer over almost any bike , let alone the Ninja . gazmaz03
it looks beautiful in a horrible way! if you get me! its good looking, but looks horrible!! :- joE! ← No not really don`t get you one bit, it either looks good or it looks horrible, I would say you was contradicting yourself. Personally I think it looks really good. Looks very low, paint job ^_^ Gaz :'(
Bigman
Hmmm, dunno if i like it or not, it looks very similar to nicks old proto BT5, i MUCH prefer the look of that BT6 that is pictured above, possibly my next frame, due to it's geometry, and price tag. Tomm
So, um, that hole in the BB isn't even for tyre clearance? It's just so your BB can rust, right?
hardcore_raver
^_^ i love it, although it could do with a diffrent frame colour that way it would probably show more detail. Add something visual, on that bike the first thing you notice is the red crank :-
