trialsni
Just a quick post I built my 1075mm GU up last night couldn't ride it though little clearance problem between my well done in cranks and my magura because my tryall rim makes the maguras stick right out more than usual on this super tight sweet backend the cranks are actual rubbing of the cyclinders lol I know its my cranks taper as they have been on and off too many frames recently Also I do run a 127.5mm bb incase anyone is wondering think an echo rim is also on the cards as it is a little narrower it should all work out great bike is actually lighter than my previous pitbull with urbans I will post up info after riding this weekend and let you all know how it feels
ian
i wouldnt get an echo rim i flat spotted mine after 3 weeks of riding and i dont ride that hard. and the wheel was built to a high standard i would reconmend the onza ronnie rim alot stronger in my opinion. andyroo
So whats the difference between the Gu forks and the new Echo forks?
Bendee
The colour im guessing. im still not sure wether or not to get one of these or a mod.
AdamR28
The crown on the fork on the GU bike is a different shape to that on the HiFi. I'm not sure if it was a prototype version or not, but there is definitely a difference.
endofreak
Is that your third frame since January Gary??? I was hoping you would be out on Sunday! I wanted a go!
totaltrials
The cnc crown on the hifi forks is welded onto the outside of the fork legs but on the GU forks the cnc crown is welded onto the inside of the fork legs, they are also black, not as wide either.
