Si-man
The old megamo one. Im sure caleb on here still has one. Have a chat with him :P
Caleb
Lol im sure it took Phil like 4 months to get that hub and then when he finally did his megamowent or he had got his python then swapped it for a king bmx :P" . Certainly a beautiful hub. I do have a bike gas hub on the traditional rim aye but im afraid the original axle got a bolt stuck in it so im using one that doesnt seem to work. Ill probably sell up though now as my megamos cracked again and cant be doing with the fiddling for an unecassary bike, and need money lol :D"

tom e
do monty do a rear disc hub? where? price please? tah ← the 05 montys have a disc mount, so i presume they do, you can enquire about them at www.cleanbikes.co.uk
JT!
Most hubs come with a smaller thred for a screw on disk mount (can also be used for 14t freewheels). Like the old t-mag hubs,a nd the try-all hub's etc etc. Just get one of them, and a screw on disk tab. I'm quite sure the majority of fixed hubs come with that smaller thredded bit on one side. Jobs a good'en. Edited June 22, 2005 by JT!

Will Arnold
Why won't locktite work? It really does hold stuff rock hard. ← loctite doesent completely lock a thread, you can still undo a screw with it on etc.. so loctite wont hold imo, but be my guest to prove me wrong  ta
JT!
loctite doesent completely lock a thread, you can still undo a screw with it on etc.. ← I'd dissagree, the one on my front wont budge, i'v tryed. but maby there could be much more forse on the rear.
thechink
can you glue it then drill through it and lock it up like they do with bolts on engines. thechink
Will Arnold
can you glue it then drill through it and lock it up like they do with bolts on engines. thechink ← if you mean drill right through it then wack a pin through, it wouldnt work, but maybe drill through only just past the threads, tap it, then wach a grub screw in (Y) or just use araldite or similar "
spunkey_monkey_boy
or just get a hub with the disk mounts built into it and don't f**k arse around bodging things... speak to cleanbikes about the monty hubs...
Will Arnold
i was going to enquire about a profile 12t cogged rear mod disk hub, but never got around to it... also, if you have a profile already, you might be able to put all your unternals into an mtb disk hub shell, just a thought, something that tarty and i discussed... anyways, ta Will
Si-man
just get Calebs if he still wants to get rid of it and take it to an engineers place and get a new axle made up, simple  Or if you can use a lathe, do it yourelf
