dave85
24:16 is exactly the same as 18:12, i'd get used to the longer cranks, 22:14 would be harder, may suit your current cranks.
Al_Fel
no it wont my canks are too long ← your cranks are about 10-12mm longer than normal mod cranks thats about the same as moving your foot slightly on the pedal. Stop being such a fussy little bitch and get a 12t cog on the back. you'll get used to it. 18-13 too light 18-11 too hard 18-12 just right. JT!
Either get a 12t cog on the back. The crank length shouldn't effect it that much, so it should feel ok. Or if you want the freewheel on the back, you would have to get a 24 front cog (somehow) and a 16t freewheel on the back. 24/16 = 1.5 18/12 = 1.5 (They are the same meaning the same gearing.) :P Why don't you want a front freewheel? And it does make a difference :P

JT!
14T freewheel, and a 22T cog sounds good to be. Slightly harder, but the length of the cranks should make up for it a bit. (Y)
thefletch
As people have said, stop being such a fussy focker and work on the spellling/punctuation. Also, why ask other people, they dont know how stronger your legs are? How good are you? and if you have money buy a mini cassette hub.
