Max Quinn
There incredible slow in my experience but i have always received the stuff in the end. A mate of mine had to wait just under 3 weeks for his frame (which was in stock) and i had to wait 3 weeks for my freewheel, it wasn't in stock but they said it would be there in about 9 days. Just keep emailing them asking where it is because when i emailed them after almost 3 weeks they said we're just sending it now and it arrived the next day. :- Max. totaltrials
If you actually go into the shop, it's a really good shop and the guys are really sound, Ive been in there, and an order come through on the website, and it got printed off straight away and one of the workers went to the post office straight away, also dylan clayton isn't there any more as he has his own shop in warrington now, so maybe that's why it's been poo recently. deagledaddy
I have to say I had a good experience with them. Order a bike after closing on a saturday (web order). Arrived tuesday morning. Thats technically next working day delivery...... Perhaps they are just not so good with random things.... like tyre leavers. Who knoes... Mark W
Ordered some stuff from them, came super quickly. Elementary stem needed more steerer to work than I had, they've said I can just send it back and have a refund. Seems like a sound company to me, from my past experiences and those of my brother. Maybe try chainreactioncycles Hope this is of use. Gaz (Y) Edited July 5, 2005 by gazmaz03
