Water.

It just speeds your general metabolsm slightly by boosting the function of your liver, so in theory your going to burn more fat.

In reality the difference is so small you'd never notice, it's kinda 'fad health' thing.

Yeah, bit strange that they banned that really, along with PH's.

hydroxycut is the next best thing you can buy legally in the UK. Ephedrine is much better, but since the ban the quality / grade has dropped... Not that any are much good in the first place, lol

go to the right gym and you'll have ephedrine in your hand.

you can lose half a stone in a week eating half decent, doing decent cardio and usin a couple of quids worth of ephedrine.

good and honest weight loss yes, but not really healthy weight loss, as it works too well and you lose weight extremely fast. I used them a while ago and lost 7lb in one week.

I'd say its mainly down to excercise, i mean you can be skinny but you can still be really unfit, just as some people can look fat but be really fit, if you do lots of excercise then you will be gaining more muscle but also getting rid of fat, so you will be gaining weight with the muscle as it weighs more than fat but losing the weight from the fat.

Im 6'0'' and i weigh 12st 7, but im actually pretty fit, i eat crap sometimes but not everday and i drink lots of water along with stuff like sprite. But i suppose aslong as you dont eat junk food everyday in large quantities and dont eat healthy food at all and rarely excercise much then thats the main reason for being fat.

Just drink water, dont eat too much junk food and excercise really thats about it.
