MadManMike
The majority of my tricks are done on the front wheel, I have more control doing fast stoppies and 180 endos etc.. anyone else?
Dr. Nick Riviera
yeah , i never backhop when doing moves i rely on the chain tension to keep it on backwheel , must start doing it or my teeth will suffer
zoojames
Im way more comfortable on the back wheel :- I have no idea why... I have just fonud the point where its most comfortable and aslong as you try and stay there its fine! What bike you riding mike? Geo makes a big difference to backwheel feel and control... I've found shorter bikes harder to keep up unelss used in combo with a long stem and wide bar, but longer bikes generally feel nicer on the backwheel. It's just practice and familiarity. With that im going outside (Y) James ;)

MadManMike
I'm currently riding a Cuda Ghetto set up for general street riding, but I have had T-Raptors and an X-Tort... Never had control... I know they aren't great frames, but still!
colly
well your cuda isnt the best, but james reece managed on his ok best frame he had he says. just practise a bit more like gapping to chewing gum on the floor
Ali C
my rear wheel control is pretty pants to be honest, I have never been any good on the rear, even on my hi fi. Its things like setting up for sidehops, or trying to stay on a smallish rock, I am just all over the place. I am pretty happy on my front wheel, doing pivots, stoppies and stuff like that. MadManMike
You sound the same as me Ali... it's quite annoying. I can roll-back and stuff though so it's not too bad...
Trials Tom
I have some control on the back wheel for things like forward hopping, gapping and some smaller drops but I still lack the balance and confidence to slowly and with small hops, hop off a drop cos I feel like the front is going to come down, I also have problems with 90ing on thin walls, keeping the front up after a gap/drop and hopping on the spot when setting up for gaps and side-hops (which I still can't do.) I guess it all comes with practise. I can endo, pivot, stoppie and things on the front but nothing any good like switches or 180 front hops.
