butcha87
Hey,looking for a back tyre,I was thinking along the lines of Michelin Comp 24,Maxxis Minion or High Roller?Which one would be best for me,considering,if I had the money I'd be riding a Leeson 24"! Also what size, I've got a Pashley 26mhz! Cheers
Mr Motivator
Minions and High rollers are lighter than Comp24  Iv used a minion and am using a highroller at the mo. The highroller seems to be lasting longer than the minion though. Dual ply Super tack 2.5 highroller for you :'( Oh yeah and good maxxis tyres are actually impossible to pinch. edit: get a 2.5. When I used a 2.35 I thought it was fine but the 2.5 is just that bit nicer :o Edited June 15, 2005 by Sam@SouthTrials
Tony Harrison
Yeah, I'd say so too. I'm using a 2.5 High Roller (SuperTacky) and it's spot on.

Gandalf the Yellow
i recommend minions or highrollers' i've used them both and never had pinch. supper grippy too. i have a Giant Trials Team 04, clearence isn't massive, im using 2.35 highrollers on D521 rim, and i need a new tyre too.... so would it be ok to fit 2.5 minions onto my D521?/ tight clearence(but it'll JUST have enough room) for the 2.5 i do like more grip  and the look of those meaty minions. :'( steve
