How about reach down in your pants, check that you actually have some balls, then check you actually have a personallity.

Once everything is accounted for, you may open your mind up a little and be a tiny bit originol and get some other than the above.

eagerly awaiting criticism.... :-

coming from a guy who rides for koxx!!! attitudes like that are what splits the trials world in the UK in half, sorry fletch when i met you i thought you were one of the few koxx guys with any sort of personality and i thought you were a sound guy but shit like that makes me re consider. yeah maybe leeson aren't parts of your long low silver uci bike club but they make damn good frames, have amazing customer service and are a small british company.

buying something that does what you want it to and supporting british bike companies is a good thing, having a f**ked up attitude towards such companies is what ruins this sport now kindly shut the f**k up and retreat back under that rock you crawled out of because i don't wana hear any more of that kind of shit!!!

keep trials for everyone and keep attitudes like that up your arse!

you see i cant afford to just snap snap snap snap frames

which is the excact reason i suggested a steel leeson, your less likely to snap it and if you do clive'll fix it.

speak to steve a about his leeson mod, i can't remember the TF name for the guy he sold it to but he owned it first. also you can have any geo you want so basically clive could build a frame with the same geo as your levelboss if you wanted...

anyway thats enough rabbiting from me, speak to clive about it and he'll tell you what can be done :-

Made of aluminium, in Taiwan. Not *really* doing the whole "Supporting UK bike companies" thing fully. Could argue you were supporting a UK bike company by saying "Buy Onza", but of course it wouldn't be steel so it wouldn't count :-

Steve-A's was a one-off, more or less, wasn't it?

Steve-A's was a one-off, more or less, wasn't it?

it was only a one off because he was the only person to have one built. clive has taken an order recently for another one and he's quite happy to make them if the demands there because i'm considering one when i get my student loan in september :-

Sorry to say but that comment falls into the 'full of shit' tank...

Bar and stem may make a difference but moving from a back ache bike to a new bike using the same bar and stem would suggest that frames do actually cause back ache if your other frame with geo more suited to your build doesn't hurt.

Me had Curtis T1 comp with 100mm 5deg stem and EA30's

Same bar and stem on a ZOO! pitbull 1085 and back ache is all gone.

What bars did you have??

it all to do with the bars and stem if your back ackes :'(  not the bike

I had monty x-lite 27" ones. They did feel pretty short actually so that mightve been why...got zoo! bar and stem now

WELL :-

i used to ride a koxx level boss short .. i had koxx bars and stem.. i now ride a monty 221 ti 05 they are totally different bikes but one thing i DO no is that if i have a go on my koxx the bars feel to be pointing down.. also because its slightly longer makes it worse.. now my mate has a koxx xtp short with the monty bars and stem on it and doesn't give you back acke also rides much better.. so there MY theory

your also talking about stock frames again totally different (Y)

i have no idea whatso ever lol!

i need alot of info really i like my long bike for bumps n stuff

so i may get a zoo 1005 but feel it may be to short :shifty:

the leesons don't weigh in too bad, i 'm not sure on excact weights etc but clive can tell you that. i remember on of the tongues had a leeson a few years back with pretty standard parts, nothing super light and it weighed in at about 18lbs!!! thats fooking light!

coming from a non mod rider, i rode an x-lite 221 an xtp long, a levelboss short, and monty hydra, and the x-lite gave me back ache as it is short, where as the xtp just felt right, im not saying get one as they sh-t loads, but im saying i felt a lot more comfy on the long mod. felt easier to ride hop.
