Siders77
Hey there. Well after just over a year of riding without a helmet i've decided to get one (Y) But the problem I have is which one to go for? :turned: I quite like the look of the Giro E2 but I don't really wanna spend that much on a helmet. Can you lot recomend one so that I can go to my LBS and see if thy have one that I can try on. Thanks a lot ;)
dmil1489
Hey, I use a Giro Semi MX. They are perfect for riding beacuse they give you a peak to stop the sun from gettin in your eyes too much but at the same time they protect the back of your head like a piss pot. Great value for money at £40!! :turned: Cheers Spud (Y)
Siders77
Is it comfy? I have been told that they make your head really hot or something? :turned:
tom e
I've recently gone from a giro havoc to a MET 5th element helmet. I strongly recomend the MET, everything about it was much better thought out than my giro, much more comfy, lighter, better ventilation - i've never tried a helmet quite like it, very impressed with it so far.. and they're on offer at crc.. Tom. edit, deffinately one for the summer! Edited June 12, 2005 by tom!e
Mark W
Giro Xen. Freaking awesome. On offer at CRC too. BUT - make sure you get one that fits!

Umm sometimes your head does get hot but what do you expect! Surely everyones head gets a bit warm if they are wearing a helmet! They have plenty of vents in them aswell Like i said before great value for money Spud :turned:
