Tomm
Depends really. Bitter (smooth) if I'm just having a few pints - Tastes nicest but too filling. Normal "get drunk" drinking - Usually lager, Cider if it's really warm. Spirits if I need to get drunk quickly. Not that I drink very often any more. ScotchDave
Normally I drink beer, or whiskey if I need to get really hammered, don't really drink much anylonger. Edited June 5, 2005 by div

Will Arnold
i know its kind of changing the subject but does alcohol have any really bad effects on sports such as trials? i seem to ride better when i havent been drinking, but is this just psychological(sp?) tar
Tartridge
Go to bed Will :P Probably not pshchological, alcohol isn't great for your body. Main thing is dehydration. 2% dehydration reduces physical performance by 10%. You don't start to even feel thirsty until you're 2% dehydrated. 5% dehydration means you're down to 70% of maximum physical performance. Pretty serious! andyroo
If your a girl, alcohol makes you cackle a lot like a witch on laughing gas. Alcohol makes you fat, and it is one of the hardest types of fat to get rid of from your body. Hence beer bellies. Notice with the rise of women drinking, more are getting fatter. The thing to look out for on a boozy bird, are the two bulges of fat on her lower back, just over the waistline on her trousers, either side of her spine. Oh, and i dont drink
Haz
Belladonna :P No, lager seriously, spirits are baaaaad (Gin especially) Haz
Dan Clark
I go for the copius amounts of lager option, Carlsberg being my favourite at the moment. If I wanna get reeeaaally drunk, theres some vodka shots along the way, but thats about it.

Brian Bleech
Generally start off on lager or bitter, altho bitter is quite filling. and the onto spirits later on. Also the odd Apple Sour or something like that throughout the night too! The most evil drink in the world is a 'ghost train' - shot of JD, shot of Southern Comfort and a shot of Vodka with Lemonade! Evil - don't drink them in bradford
