TomR
Theyre saving as XML files an opening in ie, which is odd, they always used to be text documents and open in notepad.. anyone know why? Im using 6.2 with msn plus.
Spikenipple
Have you updated from 6.1 to 6.2 recently? My conversations have always been saved as XML as far as I remember, but i only started logging my conversations in 6.2 onwards... Maybe they changed them to XML so they're not as easy to edit? Alexx
Maybe they changed them to XML so they're not as easy to edit? ← Nah, XML is just a standard format, .TXT isn't... not really much point to it, just they could datestamp and effectively split each comment with XML, which you can't do in TXT.. or you can, but it's not a standard format, it would be the programe de-coding it in it's own way. JT!
I could only open mine in IE. Note pad wouldn't work.

Note pad wouldn't work. ← If you hold down shift and right click the icon, then go to 'open program with' (find notepad) it should open up fine in there, it'll just be a little unreadable..
