Endohopper
Yeah , not entirely certain where the creaking is coming from , but best replace the frame before it fails , you wouldn't want tubes just snapping whilst riding now , would you ? Wanna know about Base's TA26 ? Well , perhaps I'm somewhat biased , but I find it to be an excellent all rounder , being of medium length , and having short chainstays that ensure an obedient backwheeler . Good value for money , and reasonably light , this frame feels pretty stable and has good looks too , in my opinion ( as shown in link below :)" ) . Once you've removed the supplied bashplate it builds into a nice bike , whose rear triangle will accept a fat rim / tyre . Luke Drewery
Bloody hell! I have seen t-snaptors break before but not that bad! How did you manage that? Anyways, the base ta26 is a very nice frame that should last you well, it rides nice and looks good too... :)
Andy Vox
My mates broke just like that. T-raptors are rubbish and anyone could break one if they rode it for a week. :)" Bases are very nice for the money and my mate who is 14stone, 6ft 2 and can be very harsh on bad days uses one. He seems fine on it, hes had it a while too. Oh yeah and he likes to go big, and i mean very big!! So they cant be all bad. :)
Trebor
I have a Base for sale if it's of any interest? Though if you've managed to do that to a Raptor, and I swear you said you were 14 stone, it might not be such a good idea :) (Link in my signature) :)

(Y) ← well i wouldn't agree as ive got a t-raptor and ive had it since xmas 03 and its still fine, and ite been ridden alot, not as if its been in the garage for 17/18 monthes. although that t-raptor is looking rather flexy, unlucky with that.
