Tartridge Posted June 2, 2005 Report Share Posted June 2, 2005 Superglue works better if you have a good fit. Use Araldite if you've made them shoddily and need to fill up gaps. I wonder what the moisture content of skin is... *google time* Edit: For skin to feel soft, pliable and "normal," its top layer must contain a minimum of 10% water — and ideally between 20% and 35%. Crikey, thats high! If you do get glue on your hands, or stick them together, just go to bed - the natural oils in your skin break the glue down in under 24 hours usually. Top Tip! Also: ' The surfaces to be bonded should be dry, clean and free from oil grease. The use of Permaclean II or other organic solvents such as acetone or Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) is recommended.
