Apollo13
I took my Magura HS-33 into halfords a couple of weeks ago, they told me "yea sure, it will be done in a couple of days". so i though okay fine yea do it, a week later, havent herd from them. I ring them, "okay we'll ring you again tomorrow when its done". A week later, not heard from them at all. So then i give them a ring to find out what the hell is going on, now they tell me they havent even got the hosing in yet, because it has to come from germany.... GERMANY???? I mean wtf is going on? Are they messing me around, or are they telling the truth?? Nick

Si-man
Don't you know anyone around your area that knows how to sort maggies out? They aren't that difficult really to fix, and yes, magura parts do come from Germany, since Magura is German
Tartridge
magura parts do come from Germany, since Magura is German ← The logical place would be Magura UK though... seeing as they are the UK distributor! JT, whats your story? I once heard one about a bike that was sent out, and didnt arrive cos it got lost. And then it magically turned up back at the shop, so they could send it out again "
