bennyboy2005
Hi, I have searched for this topic and nothing come up .. Soo I would like to ask you guys what are the best rotors on the market? (Aztec, Hope, Avid) I am liking te look of the Aztec disks they are also very versatile. Also where can I get custom rotors from? I know that Hope do them but is there anywhere else that do them? Thanks alot for your help. Perm
N.Wood
Performance wise, i don't think it makes *that* much difference, just what you like the look of. Custom rotor wise, your best bet is to PM Dave@Tartybikes/L_T_C Dave. HE seemed to know an engineering place that did them

CBProductions
Depends on how you want the brake to feel e.t.c The bigger the more powerful , the more ventilated the less fade. Read the reviews on them by people like CRC , Bike dock , and the people who use them on a regular basis. Cheers Craig
RockHoundRider
best rotors for trials are ones without holes in, as your not doing DH you dont have to worry about cooking your brake, try and find a wavey hope C2 trials rotor
Si
best rotors for trials are ones without holes in, as your not doing DH you dont have to worry about cooking your brake, try and find a wavey hope C2 trials rotor ← Lol i have a disk that has no holes in it at all
thechink
mroe holes means more ventalation but a higher pressure ratioa as there is less contact surface. but a disk with no holes in mean no ventalation but alot more friction so it couls be more powerfull. thechink
onzamad
i always thought and have been told by many people that the reason why discs have holes in them if for the disipation of heat(i think thats how its spelt) as more heat reduces the performance of a brake, unless the brake is designed to run at a high temp, therefore, less ventilation, higher temp disc, less break performance. at least thats what ive been told.
