The Drews
Just been looking around and noticed that not alot of people like the new Levelboss? I however actually quite like because I feel that it is different but then thats just my mind going here! Anyway just went on to google and then "Images" then typed in "Koxx" and saw this picture, I have never seen it on before on any other site and I think its a new(ish) picture because it has the Hope Try-all front disc on it! What do people think of it compared to the L/B? Kev
STEVE-0
It is the level boss...the one i spoke about ti in the other topic ^_^ their both completely random!!!
Andy Vox
Ive seen that before somewhere, i think some1 mite have already shown it in another topic, but im not sure. I really reminds me of a 04 pibull or t-rex just the seat stays bend down to the down tube rather than the top tube bending down. If you get me. But i prefer the levelboss. Shaun H
It was posted when the neck-bending koxx site was up as it was in the introduction picture flashing thingumee. Someone got it off that and posted it up and it was discussed at length I believe.
Mark W
I bet that Koxx gave the designs for the Pitbull to some random worker in China, asked 'em to make a batch, and ended up pretty disappointed...

Tony Harrison
their both completely random!!! ← What's with all this misuse of the word 'random'? I'm sure somebody spent some time sitting in front of a drawing board (computer then...) thinking about that. Or did they just grab a screenshot of the Windows pipe screensaver - that'd be more like random. As for the frame... looks different. I'd be happier with the 'normal' Levelboss. Mark W
I guess stuff can be random in appearance but precise by design, so I'm guessing that's largely what people are getting at in these threads.
Dan@Trials-uk
Which means that Mr Ko will be selling them soon under the V!Z name. :P" :- ← Its maybe a prototype they made? They might of made it to see how tubing's can handle stress/weight/force etc.. in different angles etc.. I doubt it will be released on the market. its abit ^_^ Imo. And sidehop, I do not own the company, how many times do I have to tell you Lol. You fool :P
munkee
they both look shite.. theres my input to the discussion. Oh and of course back it with a reason. Why make a tube all pointy when nowadays people love curves? Infact.. why did they bother changing the design? Why do they keep changing the levelboss every year. Whats wrong with the other versions? Like standard LB to Xtp, now they thinking something extreme ^_^ Edited May 18, 2005 by trialsuk
Waynio
that aint a levelboss i should know iv just got the NEW 2005 one and it has a different seat tube design (just like the one on the koxx home page :P ^_^ ) and that one when i was speaking to fred was a "IDEA" but then all people would say is that its same/similar to everything else out there, koxx have better ideas than to use other peoples, just like ashton did with the other design. the new levelboss to me is alot nicer and looks far funkier and "Different" than any other bike on the market? mind you so was the XTP till it had the idea used on others manufaturers bikes. the main one that still ticks out for me is the bealay! Waynio................................ i think if koxx brought that bike out that was above by the time it was out someone elsde would have copied the design of the "Brake stay" tubes curving round instead of the toptube seat tube junction. if you dont like something you dont have to buy it, but to most i think most people will buy it and will like it? im really wondering if the 2piece seat tube is going to give it a different ride, ie stiffer back end flexier ride more comfortable ride etc. will let you all know when i have ridden it a couple of times. one of them will be tonight. Luke Drewery
I have seen this frame before, its not the new levelboss... I really do not like the look of these new koxx frames coming out, however judging from the seattube design on both the levelboss and this frame, i am sure they will give a different ride feel to most frames currently available... PaRtZ
im a thinking its a prototype. Sorry, but the previous frames (i presume) have been good? If it aint broke, dont fix it

Whats wrong with the other versions? ← the reason why they keep changing it is that thats just how things are, just think, if thinngs didn't change because they were good at the time, we may never have some of the bikes we have today, for eg, the old montys, i bet for the day, the rode really well, but they still made change to keep making them better (ONLY AN EXAMPLE IM USING, I DONT NECESSARILY LIKE montys) and to make things beter they have to try different designs out, some work, some dont, thats how it goes.
