Tartridge
Bolt remover (left hand thread) If its super-bad, might have to spark erode it. Ie. Go down your local engineering place.

picki
how much of the thread is sticking out? i snapped the top off a ti bolt, ground the sides off so i had 2 reasonable flat edges and crammed an ajustable round it....that worked! aaron_trials _247
if you are trying to heat it up heat the fork mount up not the bolt (expands the mount meaning looser bolt. heating bolt up wil make it expand which means harder to get out Dan

chrishayton
Bolt remover (left hand thread) If its super-bad, might have to spark erode it. Ie. Go down your local engineering place. ← My bolt has snapped in my frame and i've used a bolt remover and it hasn't worked so i'm interested in spark eroding, although my dad is an engineer and he doesn't get how it would work on a screw thread, can u elaborate abit. also my insurance are likely to just replace my frame, i'm thinking hifi control or pitbull, some opinions would be useful(ill make a post later when i have time
