Brian Bleech
My bars are 22.2mm and stem is 25.4mm and I am trying to bodge a shim together because they don't fit. I have used three coke cans and it still slips! Only when I pull up hard on it, sidehops and gaps for example. What has anyone else used? I have had suggestions on sanding the coke can rough so its grippier or using a bit on an old innertube! I am gonna get a proper shim, but need it for tomorrow thanks Mike

Freddie
If I were you, I definately would not bodge bars and a stem. It is simply asking for trouble mate. (Y)
