mintsauce
OK so this isn't too unusual but I got away really lightly this time and I don't fancy riding my luck again, they were only 11 months old. What bars do you recommend over Azonic DW's? Peace Barlow

megamomac
i read on here that the single wall versions are supposed to be better for trials use, so if youre looking to keep the same feel, you could always give them a go. looks like it could of been a bit nasty though. :P" Edited May 5, 2005 by megamomac

mintsauce
Shouldn't you be working instead of riding your bike... GET BACK TO WORK!!!! Mike ← :"> Aye lad! That I should :"> Just for you Mike.... ...One explanation of why good leaders can deal with these increased cognitive demands is experience or more specifically quality of experience. The results show that good leaders had in fact, on average, been climbing three more years than bad leaders. However, when discussing experience as a mediating variable it must be understood that the number of years an individual has been climbing may not reflect the amount of leading experience they have had i.e. quality of experience. With this in mind a more apt term would be ‘conditioning’ as suggested by Hardy & Hutchinson (2005). The good climbers are conditioned to increase effort and therefore performance via repeated exposure to the high anxiety situation (Hardy & Hutchinson, 2005). Conditioning therefore influences whether you get the processing efficiency theory expectation or at least affects the details of how processing efficiency theory works.... :P I'M NEARLY DONE - WOOHOO

monkey_pork
I would highly recommend Race Face Diabolus bars :P ← I would too. I've been using Diabolus for a bit and I can get into a really comfortable position on them. I'm also using a set of Funn Full On bars on my other bike, which are also good, if a tiny bit narrower. Matt Burrows
FSA DH400s are the strongest bar i've used yet. Broke a set of DWs in 5 weeks but my FSAs have been going for about 8 or 9 months now. They're about £30 from CRC I think.

Lawnmowerman
Roox torque bars are brilliant if you can get hold of some (Y) Last time I checked, Billys had them in
SQuiT-man
Easton bars feel plasticy and horrible IMO, I much preferred the feel of my old DWs in the oldskool days. But I think it would be worth taking this oppertunity to get an oversized stem and be able to run stiffer, lighter bars like the zoo bars, or even raceface (which I know nothing about but would expect them to be nice). Those FSA DH oversized bars mentioned before feel nice enuff but a bit heavy IMO. If you really dont wanna change the stem, Id go for Roox torque bars, 29 inches wide and lovely Edited May 6, 2005 by SQuiT-man
