MikeSmith
Hi, I bought a Trek 1400 last year (road bike) and it came with an internal headset, although i do not get on with it- forever coming loose, water getting in. Is it possible to buy an adaptor so that i can use a normal headset. ie. Chris King no threadset. Thanks Mike

Bionic Balls
surely just checking that the headtube is faced properly etc...and getting a new headset (cane creek do some nice internal ones..cheapish) would save alot of hassle. there must be a reason for your problems... i reckon an adaptor might give you more problems! More places to work loose, gritty etc ;)" saying that..dave85 is reputedly, the "nuts" adam
