cant_ride
Anyway yeh I was just sitting here on my poo halls room chair and noticed that when I sit in front of my computer working and stuff, I'm leant right over. Do you think that this kind of dagnammit slouching could be damaging? My girl always tells me to stand up straight and after all my years of slouching it almost hurts to do so. If not painful its just a really big effort. If you slouch as your bones are growing can you end up arched for life? hmm oli
picki
yep....although you get to look like one of those old quasimodo huncy folk....well kool.... good postures well important, mum used to have a go at me when i was a kid, but its fine now. i mean everyone slouches some time, just dont do it for long periods as it can bugger your back up. ;)

spunkey_monkey_boy
if you find it that much efort to stand straight get a backl support to use for the first few months til your muscles are used to being straight again and get one of those stools where the seat is at like 45degrees and under it theres another 45 degree slope for your knees, that'll sort your back out ;)

trials_pimp
Dont follow the path I have. My back is f**ked for life, and I belive its to do with my bad posture. My spinal muscles have locked up around my spine. Sometimes when I get up, my back gives up, and I have to immediatly sit, or fall down. I get chronic back pains. If I ride for more than about 3 hours, my back starts to hurt, and I loose all power to my legs. The longer I ride, the weaker my legs become, and its very noticeable. I have been through Physiotherapy, and been on a spinnal stability cource for months, and it has only made the slightest difference. Sit up stright now, dont f**k your back up at such an early age.....
