downhill_rob2@hotmail.com
Hey, Your doing perfect for the amount of time riding, I was riding about the same amount and could only gap about the same, you just need some practice on the techeque and stuff, you will get it eventually. JTM
I dont know why, but i just find t funny watching beginners gap lol I know I used to do the exact same thing, but Its only when you know how to gap properly that your like "why the hell are they gapping like that?!" You just cant get your head round why they are keeping their arms straight or not lowering the front! Im silly lol
JT!
Your at that stage now when you start to realise gapping isn't just a big pedal, but you have to get your body weight into it. Get your arse down onto the back wheel befor you take off, that'll get you an extra few feet. (Y)
matthewholdsworth
watch other riders for technique, as jt sats its not just pedal kick as i still do after god knows how long, neil tunni is the one to watch for shifting weight (i think) also film urself so u can see your technique and then figure out where ur goin wrong

And plus its been about 8 months , you got your handsome dog in october, then 2 months later you got your saracen mad which uve still got now. Luke Drewery
You are doing about average for riders these days. Everyone now seems to get very good very fast! I think its because there are better bikes around for less money, and more people to ride with and learn from. All the best riders now have been riding for 4-5 years, but the people who ride with them are also very good but have been riding about 2-3 years. Oh and get my name right, its Apollo13! And use the spell check, and learn how to punctuate! And why bother putting our reel names if you put our user names, we know who you mean! Bondy
For gods sake, use punctuation! CAPITAL LETTERS! Nick :P ← Spell properly? This isnt a personal thread for you lot to bitch at each other, do it on msn (Y) to answer the thread just keep practicing and you will get better, youre doing fine by the sounds of it. Also does it really matter whos better than who, its just a bit of fun, and 'Apollo13' if you just do trials because of the fact you like the bikes thats a bit sad :P just stop being a little girl and ride. Andy Vox
Lol don't bitch kiddies! (Y) Why don't you use the fact that someones better than you as abit of friendly competition. Me and my mate do it all the time even to the point when one of us says they are guna do something the other calls the "You do it i'll do it" rule, and it payes off to. Its made us push each other way further. But back on track your doing fine just keep practicing, oh and apollo13 how can you like the bikes trials bikes are ugly!! Just ride hard or go home! :P
