Nick Garland
Right I am thinking of drilling my front D321. I have drilled a rim before my rear BMF. But this went abit dodgy after a few large drops. I was thinking of either Drilling Through both walls with a 1" drill, or through the outer wall only with the 1" drill bit. Possible drilling maybe 4 6mm holes or something. What would be the best drilling solution? Would Drilling 6MM holes along the middle part and then on the slopes side wall keep enough strength? Also Im not doing it to lose weight. Just so it looks good. Please suggest some ideas of how to drill it.

Dr. Nick Riviera
dont sacrifice strength for looks. as long as it works whats the big deal?
Tartridge
Go for 20mm, thats plenty big enough. Drill it with a holesaw. Punch some marks before you start to give you a guide. Should take about an hour in total, and save 100g or so (maybe a bit more). Mine took some abuse today, altho its bent now, haha (nasty crashes).
