None really. Protein I guess? Not 100% though.

I've pulled ligaments in my ankle loads. Get a support. Rest it, regular, easy exercises for it to build up it's strength.

Then you'll be able go get on with your life again :-:)

yer, i have a tubigrip thing on it, i keep it on in the daytime only. i dont know if this is enough support? anyways, i want to ride on wednesday evening but im not sure whether my ancle will be up to it (Y)

how long did your ankle take to heel? (pun in that sentence (Y) )

cheers

Will

only have it strapped up when you are at risk of re hurting it (ie: not when watching tele/on TF etc), eat lots of oranges, get your mum to buy you some arnica cream (from a health food shop) to rub into it and bring the bruising and swelling out (even if it doesn't look like there is any) and i'll ask my mum what else you can do to help it heal...

you'll also probably want a much better support than tubigrip for when you get back on the bike...
