I have exactly the same wheel and i got mine from tarty bikes, and mine some times does creak when i push it from side to side. i always thought it was my wheel that was loose but when i go to tighten it, it is already tight as hell. i don't really know what is causing this to happen but if you give it a good wrench tight it stops it happening as much. So, any one know why it doing it i need help aswell!

Cheers

Ste (Y)

EDIT: my wheel is practically brand new so i can't see that anything would have snapped.

All I can think of, without seeing it, is a snapped axle, or broken bolt.

Check the hub is tightened into the frame properly, check the frame for cracks too.

Edit: Both these problems sound very odd! Really hard to diagnose without seeing the bike (Y)
