Mark W
Er, e-mailling him directly might work better? Either way, it technically voids the warranty, but if they give you a new frame or not is pretty much just up to them, so whether it's cut or not shouldn't *really* affect it too much. I guess they shouldn't really have too much of a beef with it as long as it doesn't snap anywhere near it in a way that could've been caused by cutting a tiny amount off your seat-tube*. Mark *Well, you'd have thought that...
Andy P
Q: Can I cut down my Zebdi seat tube? A: Clearly, taking a hacksaw to your frame isn't the best idea in the world, but so long as you are careful and responsible for your actions, then it'll be fine. If your headtube falls off your frame, in a manufacturing defect related failure during the 2yrs your frame is covered, then we'll honour our warranty. So the short answer is "yes". ← Pasted from the planet x website. Although its not a zebdi, I'm sure it would be the same policy. If you still have doubts, pick up the dog and bone.
