Michael Hardman
I know theres already a brake pad topic for reviews but could someone in the know do an faq. Just something like liost each pad and say what type of rim they work best on sort of thing. I only know about koxx original pads and plaz pads you see and i want different pads but dont know what pad is meant for what type of rim (grind, smooth ) Im sure there are plenty of other people in my situation
Mark W
The only problem is that no one rider will know what the best pad is. For example, I had a year of top dollar braking with some X-Hydra pads, but Lewis wore through a set in 4 hours. For that reason, the Brake Pad topic was made and left open so people could put in their own opinions. 'cos of the format of the reviews, they're all pretty standardized so you should be able to get an accurate idea. It takes a bit of time to read, but meh
Michael Hardman
Ive read few it a few times and cant make a decisoon. ronnie rim with harsh ish grind and plaz crms right now not sure what to do next
Hobnobs
Koxx reds, or heatsinks i reckon. Heatsinks are good, but not amazing, and my koxx yellows are damn good at the mo on a dieing grind. Reds should be good for pad life versus performance  Plus TRA uses them :S" Must be good.
