tank_rider
i have a few mates who play a few gigs and stuff and like nothing more than to rip into him, using his songs, with changed lyrics. sorry for the random post!! yes i have heard of him, not really a fan myself, prefer the version of his songs my mates play as they add a comical touch. GuyJames
I find you need to be in the right mood to listen to him. If you are feeling proper mellow slap O on and it is dandy. (Y)
Luke Rainbird
I think he's pretty good, but prefer Jack Johnson myself Play a bit of guitar, and it's great to either play/listen to a good bit of acoustic when you're in a mellow mood, or to take one to the beach in summer with mates. Also handy at parties - gets the girls around nicely when you start the comedy songs! Tenacious D is good for that...

N.Wood
I find one song thrown in here and there is fine, but listening to the whole album made me feel ever so slightly depressed.
trials_rocks
'Volcano' is an awesome, but im not fussed by the rest of it. Not entirely similar, but get yourself some stuff by Bob Dylan, Paul Weller. :ermm: (cant think of anymore at the mo) Edited April 4, 2005 by trials_rocks
Tomm
My girlfriend likes it, I don't mind it. Pretty inoffensive stuff, really. I like the song that goes:I can't take my eyes off of you I can't take my eyes off you I can't take my eyes off of you I can't take my eyes off you I can't take my eyes off you I can't take my eyes... etc - It's one of those very catchy hooks that you can't get out of your head. Ripped off (/paid homage to) Andy Williams though.

Michael Hardman
I call this type of music 'thinking music' Purely becasue when its playing you kinda wonder off into a mellow state of mind and think of things, peaceful things, how id cange the world (Y)
