ScotchDave
I have just bent another axle, this time it's a solid 10mm cro mo one. I would like to get a 12mm bolt through hope hub for the extra strength, but I can't find any 12mm axles anywhere, does anyone have an idea where to find tham and price? P.S. This is for my street bike an azonic steelhead. (Y)" Edited March 28, 2005 by div

Grant Peters
Axles can vary greatly in strength, i think standard make a heat treated one, give Custom Riders a ring they might be able to help...
ScotchDave
Yeh, I know they can, but I got the strongest I could find locally. Now I'm getting stronger ones from Edd, I actually need 2 now, checked my front axle and it's bent too.
