Chris@Onza rider
Before I start I appologise for the way differacne is spelt in the topic title i run out of room to spell it corectly. Well I am after a set of freewheel cranks for my 20" woodman. I have looked at the 3 above cranks. I would have ordered my montys erlier today but I realised that they only come in 158mm. This has discoraged me slightly because I am used to 175mm cranks. I have been told that if my cranks are shorter that I will not be able to gap as far. Is this true? I am leaning more towards the Montys because I have heard very good things about them. The ECHo I have been told by Tarty bikes they havent had any ECHO stock in for 5 weeks and dont know when they will next be in, bikedock have also sold them all. I was not to keen on the Musclemen because my bike has quite good spec and putting on onza cranks will be letting it down a bit. Thanks for your time and comments. Bondy
*difference* not sure about what size they come on, but what about some tensiles? there strong but a bit pricier than the other cranks youve put up there i think, im sure there longer than 158mm though... Chris@Onza rider
Still spelt it wrong when I was trying to spell it right :"> Yeah tenesiles come in 175 I think and all the others between 158 and 175. But they are a little to pricy. They are £100+. they are god though very good. I thing the replaceable pedal inserts are relly clever. Olly C
You'll soon adjust, 158mm are designed for mods, and the monty ones are damn fine cranks for the money. If you think it'll be wierd dont ride your bike for a week when you get back on it'll feel normal
TomN
Tensiles come in 165 aswell don't they?
CH!P
Just get the Monty's! Brilliant cranks, I would NEVER use anything else!
JT!
Asuming you have a 1.5 gear ratio and you can't afford tensiles, go from the montys.
GuyJames
You can get the Echo cranks from Selectbikes :ermm: I have just ordered my 170 cranks, should suit me dandy. Why don't you look at getting some 170's?
Chris@Onza rider
I looked for the 170s on select bikes but i could only find them in 158? Does anyone happen to be selling any monty cranks :ermm:. Thanks, Tom

Chris@Onza rider
1 is asking which cranks should I get and the other is asking weather crank length will make a differance. :ermm: Sorry for the two of them aswell. :"> Tom
