CH!P
I know there's alot of topics about this lately but I'm considering messing about on the bmx again. I'm not really sure what components are good so thought I'd ask you guys. 1) What wheel? I had an Odyssey Hazard Lite rim and stupidly got rid of it, put another rim on and my brake was instantly shit :P So what would you suggest? No more than £50 if possible... I were looking at this? Preferably black please, but I'm open to options. 2) Brake pads? What do you suggest? And finally. Levers. I've got a Diatech Gold Finger, but as it's so short just wondered if a longer lever's gonna improve my brake? It's SHOCKINGLY shit at the moment! Cheers in advance :P Edited March 20, 2005 by CH!P
JTM
1) It doesnt matter that you want a black rim, get a chromed rim. You brake will be 1000 times better 2) Spanish fly V pads 3) gotta be a dirty harry

andyzplace
get heatsink v-pads. been running them for a couple of weeks now and they work awesome on my vegas TRX24. i got them on a diatech hombre, tektro shorty lever, dragonfly uppers and split lowers (trx style :P ) with gyro (obv) all on a rhyno lite 24 (with a little polish) works like a dream :P
Sam Nichols
If you look in the 'Frequently Asked Questions' section of 'Trials Chat' Bongo actually has a dedicated thread where he sorts out peoples BMX problems. I'd ask there if I was you :P
