I will offer some water wings as a bonus if bidding what about that £300 2nd hand, had over £1000+ spent on it? edit: Edited March 21, 2005 by rocktrials

trialkid
i really think a WTP as the parts are excellent, the frames ride sweet and well i just really love mine. WTP 4 seasons pro is a stunning bike, i only have the am one but still has very nice parts imo. the rear brake also works very well. and the chrome rims looks lush. i kno naff all about bmxes but can only say it is THE best i have ever riden, seriously even though it is all standard apart from a primo brake lever i got for free. which did'nt change the feel or power of the brake. i would seriously consider the 4 seasons. Chris@Onza rider
Well I started off riding a Haro X2. It was lovely rode great and was the best £15 I have ever spent. It lasted me ages and the shit I put it through aswell. Then I sold that and got a DMR. That was great but I wanted something that was diffrent if you know what I mean. I sold that and then got a DK six pak. That had primo hula hop rear wheel, odessy bars the camo ones forgot what they are called now, and loads more. Once I got bored of that I then got a DFX which is so cool, and that is what I am riding now. Tom

rocktrials
Good condition, 8 months old. All the parts for the bike bought seperately, they are all top quality. Frame: Black FlyBikes Diablo 20.75" Front wheel: Red Araya northen John Rim with Primo Dirt Monster tyre, FlyBikes 36 spoke hub, Primo spokes. Rear Wheel: Chrome Sun BFR rim with Primo "the wall" tyre, Salt Hub 14T, 48 spoke primo spokes. Crank: Profile chrome crank with S&M Euro BB Chainwheel: MacNeil 36 tooth with bash guard Seat: Demolition small Pro Handlebars: FlyBikes Pantera Stem: Macneil Lightweight Seat Post: Fit Bikes post Brake: rear Odysee Evolver with Tech77 lever Forks: Odysee 41 Thermal forks Pedals: unknown Grips: Odi Longneck Bar ends: Macneil bar ends Gyro: No This bike has a few scratches as you would expect but no dents in the frame etc that would affect the ride. This is an extrememly light and tough bike, even lighter than ones that sell for £1500!! Spent £1000+ on this bike, but new car forces sale. CHANGE-i worked the weight out incorrectly the bike doesnt weigh 36.97lbs it weighs 30.42, which is 13.8kg, very light for a bike of this durability, dont be fooled by light bikes that require new parts from breaking after a few months thats the spec etc

rhythm_101
i thought i'd hijak the thread now you have your BMX (Y) , i'm also thinking of moving to the darkside, and purchasing a BMX, now i've found a few that i like around the 350-400 mark they are: WTP thrillseeker WTP 4 seasons hoffman Rhythm Il2 Easton ace of spades i'm think of the easton as it comes with a cassette rear hub, and looks the part aswell i would love to hear peoples opinions, good or bad :) EDIT. i've just realised that the ace of spades only comes in a 20" toptube, i think this might be a bit short, as i 6'4 (N) Edited March 25, 2005 by rhythm_101

Blackpoolbmxer
one thing move your bars back a bit that is gash with the bars like that, but overall the bike is a really good starter bike, strange how a mate of mine bought the same complete bike for £400 and he got a few different parts: he got a 36t wethepeople stereo sprocket and a 13t odyssey freewheel, im pretty sure he got a different rear rim Edited March 26, 2005 by Blackpoolbmxer
trialkid
thats probably because he got the 2004 version, and it sounds like your mate got the 05 one, like i have. It has a chrome rear rim, different sproket at 36 13 gearing with the odyssey freewheel as you said. thats a sweet bike dude, i wish mine came with that sproket looks lush. i think the bars like fine imo probabaly as thats where i have mine, they ride sweet dont they just ride so sweet :o hope your just as happy with it as i am with mine :ermm:
rhythm_101
looks loverly :ermm: cant wait for mine :o , ooh what model tyre is that on the rear?? i'm going to whoop a holyroller on the front but im not sure what to run on the rear :) Edited March 26, 2005 by rhythm_101
